how about magpakita ug valid ID kung mupalit ug SIM card, para di na kaayo hasol .. ang tindahan nay mulista kinsay nagpalit .. nya ihatag nalas NTC ang data para sila nay mag butang sa database ..

for existing sim that is inused should be register on a proper agency either public or the telco, for newer sim it should go through process similar sa post paid except sa mga requirements...

one way also to force people to register their number is prepaid new/old sim is are required to be activated in their respected telco... again naa gihapon buslot pero dili na makalusot ang elepante...

i can think of multiple ways to go arround sa balaod...

one way guro sa pag register ani is go directly sa provider (Globe, Sun, Smart & Etc.) dili nata ka palit ani sa kilid kilid
or sa mga tindahan or it'll be prohibited na...its like buying a new post paid phone dapat e register...likewise na sa mga prepaid phone

Regulatory controls on Prepaid SIM Cards must be implemented jud to tightens security mainly sa criminal activities (apil pod nang mga hilig sa kabit2x..lol).

To state sa main reason jd cguro is this: "Criminals exploit the anonymity of prepaid SIM cards to avoid detection. Terrorist groups and the likes have done so too. Bombs could be detonated using mobile phones, possibly utilising prepaid SIM cards."

If ma implement ni major changes pod sa mga big Telcos on how they register all records of each customer personal details electronically which means mo gasto jd cla ani, upgrade sa ilang mga systems and all.

Cguro if mo palit ug simcards (either sa telco mismo or sa retailers) naay rule dapat; naay ID ipakita then age restrictions.

- minimum age requirement and a cap on the maximum number of cards purchased.
- Must present valid IDs like passport, drivers license, postal id o voters id..etc.

Most probably, dili na makasayon-sayon og baligya nga mga tindahan. Kay they might need to have that machine nga mo-scan sa imong valid ID og mo-register nimo. (Singapore is it this doing this way).

But this "supposed law" is walay pulos kung wala'y National ID System.
Kay unsa man ilang basihan sa identification, kanang ID - ID nga pwede ra i-print sa atong computer?

una jud buhaton national ID. pag human sim card reg. ky dli man ka mka Reg. sa imo SiM pag wla ka National ID. mura ug Saudi ba. dli ka mka gamit u sim pag dli nmo mag Reg sa imo IQAMA (ID). maayo ta madayon na ni aron wla nay mga Rebelde.
