i usually use 1/8" glass. barato raman sa mga glass and aluminum supply
palit rako ug exact measurement sa ako need. and mangita ra ug way nga
ma attach ang glass sa panel, but just need to be creative nga nice rapud

the only way to remove scratch in acrylic is to subject it to heat

    like heat gun or blower

but u have to have a lot of practice to do it.

that's how they do it sa mga acrylic giveaways na scratch free ang edges < during the time wala pa laser cutter >

just replace the acrylic with Glass.. easy

    My personal Rule of thumb:
are you going to keep on transferring the PC ?
    YES - use Acrylic
    NO - use Glass

IMO. used 1.5mm clear acrylic only once for an Matx Mobile Build.. all else I use Glass.. Glass looks better IMO.. Clear when the lights inside are on and reflective if they're off..

finally found time to do the glass job.

now I can say with satisfaction nga wala najud koy makita nga garas and cloudiness sa window sa ako pc
because of this glass panel I installed. Mejo blurred cya because of the camera but seeing it in person,
tin-aw jud and much nicer to watch.
