Wa jud gihapon ka nakasabot? Ang punto kay, wala kay basis sa imo gipang-istorya puro ra gikan sa imo ate. Ako klarong pagka storya di ko pro company ang ako facts nga gihatag nimo mao nay tinuod. So ayaw pataka ug storya aron dili ka balikan. Kay maskin pag balibalihon wala jud kay facts. Unta nakakat-on ka sa imo pag blog blog ug sayop ug next time siguradu-a nga credible na imo mga sources kay basig masupalpalan nasad ka.

Klaruha sad niy imo tittle nga worst kay kung buot huna hunaon mas labaw pa namo ang ubang company. Usa ka mogamit ug superlative nga worst siguradu-a nga nasudlan na nimo tanang ESL sa cebu para naa sad kay comparison dili kay puro imo ate ra.

I thought you said title has been edited?..mao man lagi gihapon? Anyway, I hope you learned your lesson. You are doing a serious and grave accusation against a company and this could be used against you. So, whoever you are, be responsible of your actions, OK

By the way, what do you mean " nag register og nagpaste rajud ko ani?" Di ba in your earlier thread you said you are writing this blog without your sister knowing it? Therefore, I conclude, that you are a liar, that your sister wrote this one instead of you! No wonder you could not defend what you have written because in the first place you don't know anything about the company..everything is a hearsay. Pastilan nimo @kitpalos, patugatuga man ka nga wa man diay kay know-how sa imong gi blog..I hope nag-iisa ka lang sa mundo!

been there, I was the first employee, ID #0001 , katong naa diri nga kaila nako ayaw na lang mo ug saba.. :P
my experience was way worst than any of you here XD hehe

no sss, philhealth, pagibig, atik nga regularization, puro pasalig, salary is really low (in fact ako 9 months salary diha sauna, I-earn in nako a month karon T_T) etch.. personal na uban

I tell you, the Korean counterparts were good, kaning lang gyud mga local execs and managers. I tried to be pro VOIM because I was one of the admins, but di gyud madala, so I moved on.
well dugay na to, my friends from VOIM manila assured me before, they will make cebu VOIM a better company so di na unta ko manghilabut. shock lang ko kay naa na pud ni post about VOIM , hehe , di ko kapugong mo react.


pangita na alng mo lain work. or antus mo gamay diha for experience, 11 months ko diha though bati, usa na sa experience nga nakatabang nako to grow (my first company)

sikat na ni sila sauna pa, old name Proconnecttel VOIM, diay blog sa uban employee sauna

as fo the facilities, If I remember correctly, VOIM Cebu can have 168 teachers. ( 5 years ago naabut na 122 teachers inig gabii apil ang part time)
you have a pantry(since scheduled ang breaks di ra mo maghuot)
aircon, sikit ra na ang tulo, bugnaw ra gyud na, basin gi off sa pinaka duol sa aircon, mao na ilaha trip sauna, kay bugnawan ang naa sa duol ang naa sa tumoy alimutan, basin naa sa tumoy ung tunga tunga imo ate.

Di ba IT ka before? Then, ni AWOL ka kay wa ka kauyon sa PROCONNECT? Please remember, we are talking here about VOIM and you don't know about VOIM because VOIM started in 2010 and you were not here anymore at that time. Let me remind you that Proconnect is totally different from VOIM and you were employed by Proconnect, not VOIM. ProConnect is owned by a well-known Cebu businessman while VOIM is owned by a Korean national.

Fortunately, VOIM followed all the government-mandated benefits like SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and remitted them religiously. Sorry to know you had bad experience with ProConnect, but don't speak about VOIM because you were not an employee of VOIM, OK?

hi @noze!! Diba na employed man ka under PROCONNECT ug dili VOIM?Let me correct you infairness sa PROCONNECT nihatag sad sila sa remittances sa employees after nag complain najud ang mga teachers. I'm not sure kung naa paka ato nga time basta ako na remmeber nimo you went AWOL kay wa ka kauyon sa PROCONNECT nga time. Unfortunately ang imo gishare nga experience diri dili about VOIM but PROCONNECT so out of the context jud ka.

VOIM english ang atong gidala nga name sauna atong naa paka dri but the truth is, under PROCONNECT management ta ato ug dili VOIM Korea and Manila.

yup aligre gyud siya nag team up sila ni cielo na ipatang tang ko. pro TS ayaw sad ug tira nga mura nasad ka manaut. let it go pangitaa asa nga work ka malipay kay lisud kaau if padayun ka work nga sakit imu dughan always. kanang mahappy ka nga dle tungod sa environment ug sa mga kauban. find a work nga maka smile ka inig uli kay nalingaw ka sa imu love nga trabaho.

nag work nako sa daghan nga mga companya, after 4 years of IT admin / Network admin nahibaw-an nako na love nako ang pag drawing so karun im working as a game model developer. so find a job na mahappy ka... and trust me basta happy ka sa imu work you won't complain.
