How can you achieve inner peace?

let me share my own 2 cents...

inner peace can be acheived through knowing who you really are. Ther is no permanent state of inner peace but there is a way where you can withdraw yourself conciously from anything that disturbs you.

You have to ask questions like what is the disturbance about?, what creates it?, How can i solve it? and if you'll find the answer then act upon it then inner peace comes to you.

concentrate... practice meditation... i have achieve it but it only last for 20 minutes.... its a feeling of satisfaction or shall i say that naa ko sa heaven... try to throw away ur problems and all things that you want to achieve... its like jst listening to ur surroundings and jst letting ur thoughts passing by... this practice will help u calm in any nervous situations.... PEACE!!!

it took me years and many tears, before i felt the first light of it..

it is constant work and progress..
there is a beginning but no end..

it is a constant manifestation of HOW wonderful life is ..


here is what i learned along the way..:

go back to urself.be HONEST with urself..whether it be good or bad..

builld your relationship with GOD..

forgive urself , for what u have done, what u have did, and what u will do..
sak2 man ang magbinuotan, but still , we are humans.. we should not forget that fact..
kay sometimes, we tend to judge others, makalimot ta na kita pud diay hugaw..hehehe

allow us to be humans, as long as we try our hardest NOT to hurt others, or correct the mistakes right away..

then BE HAPPY..for urself ,and for the people around you..

the world does not owe u anything , but u owe it to the world, to urself, to be happy and spread happiness..

dont be scared to give love.. u get what u give.. trust, that the LORD wont forsake you nor leave you..

constant prayer will make things smoother along the way..

Most people that understood what peace is all about usually undergone a process called "terrible storms in life".

i think we can not fully understand and know peace if we havent gone to some terrible pain.

After realization these people really took a brave stand in facing who they really are and starts to accept and adopt changes in their life and these usually took a lot of pain on their part. change is not an easy process but once you see your misery you'll do everything to acheive change.

When you are honest, people will trust you
and like you more.
Stop judging people...
When you stop judging people you will learn to understand them.
Eventually you will have compassion on them.
Respect everything...
When you respect everything...
from animals to plants to people and to yourself, you will find yourself one with nature.

When you do this... you will be in touch with your soul.
There you will find inner peace.
