VULs have fund switching options meaning they can switch from equity (stocks) fund to fixed income (bonds and other debt instruments) or balanced fund (mix of stocks and debt) anytime they wish. This will protect them from the drop of stock prices (NAVPU of VUL) during a bear market. Once prices go back up, they can switch back to equity funds.

Naay certain conditions nga pwede pa gihapon ma insured pero rated ang policy, meaning mas mahal ang bayaran nga premium. I am diabetic myself but nakapalit gihapon ko ug policy, rated lang

    1. Possible nga pwede pa makuhaan ug insurance, ang final say ana is ang actuarial sa insurance company so the best one who can give an answer to you is moadto ka sa insurance company and ask unsa nga conditions ang pwede pa ma insured and ask about the case sa imo uncle

    2. Kung mag advisor ka, it is recommended nga naa kay imohang own plan although it is not recommended. There are advantages kung naa kay imohang own policy compared sa magsalig lang ka sa group life sa agency, which is by the way dili gihapon na libre. It also gives you more confidence as an agent if you have your own plan because it shows your prospective clients that you yourself believes in the product that you are selling

yup... i've told them about that option and hopefully the agents would assist them on that.

Best answer for me is set an appointment with your financial advisor pero make sure nga kanang advisor that you are going to sit down with kay dili lang pod sale ang naa sa huna huna pirmi, he/she must also take yourneeds or your uncle's needs into consideration. They could be a rare breed of agents but I have seen agents like that when I was still in the industry
