    @dorothea: di siya commonly prescribed here in the Philippines, kay wala may available (legally) in the market since the company manufacturing this didn't bother to market it in the Philippines
    However in the US, it is commonly prescribed

    ds s from my own experience...

    i drink milk b4 ko matug....prior to that, mag exercise ko sa abellana or magpa body massage ko...

    as in nindot ug timhong akong pagkatug....try lang if effective ba pud nmo

    yeah, milk works for me too..

    but i just discovered lately that, too much salt in the body can cause insomnia..
    yeah, it figures, coz i lyk my foods salty..

    mao to, ni-minimize na ko ug parat..

Rejuvinating kaau it prepares you physically mentally and emotionally .
