I could say let them suffer inside those confines, make the life sentence 100 years or more without parole.

I am also a devout Catholic, but damn it, some people deserve it! Like that guy who killed his 7 year old daughter and posted it on FB because his wife would not come home from Canada. So really he should be first in line.
