Looking for a Project Manager who has knowledge with Zendesk or GoodData
Zendesk is an online help-desk tool and I am looking for anyone who has experience with using it, or if not at least someone who can easily understand the tool and can be trained easily. I'm looking for a person who understands processes and workflows. Having a background with customer service would be a big plus.
GoodData is an online Business Intelligence application, essentially its a reporting tool. I'm looking for someone who is analytical and is good with creating reports. Someone who can slice and dice data to get the metrics needed. If you have experience with creating reports using MS Excel then GoodData is kind of a supercharged excel reporting tool.
Your role will be managing projects related to the above tools. If you have knowledge on any of the above, great. If you know both, perfect.
