The only difference on this one is ang BEEF nako wala kaayu nalata. I wonder kung gi BROIL ba nila daan ang beef before putting it in the mixture.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Monterey Beef Tenderloin, Sliced Into 1 in Cubes
2 tbsp Hot Sauce (TABASCO)
3 tbsp Liquid Seasoning (KNORR)
3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (MOTHER'S)
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
.25 cup Magnolia Gold Butter
.15 cup Garlic, Minced
3 tbsp Magnolia Nutri Oil Vegetable Oil
Sliced Finger Pepper (for topping), optional
Procedure:
1. sautee the beef for at least 5 minutes (pero dili siya as soft as sa SAREE)
2. remove the beef
3. sautee the minced garlic, olive, pepper
4. add butter, sauces
5. add the beef back
6. eat eat eat
