guys, unsaon man para makatulog ta og dali oi? without sleeping pills(kung need ko og sleeping pills, naa tay mapalit na dli na need og presciption from the doctor?)

naa man gud unsahay na it will take hours before ko makatulog, naa say usahay na 5 mins makatulog na daun ko....

Btw, big factor ang stress nga mo trigger ug sleeping disorder. Better consult an expert nalang jud.

hagoa imu self before ka mu hit sa bed. mao man ako technique. at night before going home mu gym ko or mag jog para nig abot katulog jud ka dayon
