    mga master mangayo ko tips. 80kgs ko ni naog to 70 kgs. ang ako waistline from 36 karon 30 nalang. pero wala man kaau nagchange sa ako lawas aside ana. ni ana ako mga kuyog na ang ako arms ni porma na ug ni gamay nako. pero ang ako physique mao ra gihapon. nagstart ko ug inom ug protein mga 2 weeks na. mga 6 months nako nag-gym. naa mo mahatag na tips sa ako :3

    i would like to ask how to loose fats sa tiyan fast?
    been doing jogging and work out for a month already but di pa kaayo gamay ako tummy..

    Walay exact routine para mutarget sa BF sa imo tiyan. It takes calorie deficit para mawala ag fats. Mas paspas ug ipadayon nimo imo cardio.

    Figure out your macros. If naa nakay macros, lower it by 100 at a time, or 500 directly. Depende nimo unsay makaya sa imo lawas. Don't go over 500 kay kuwang na kayo ug cals imo lawas ana. Unless nag prep ka para contest, and kamao naka unsa style sa imo lawas muadopt ug drastic calorie deficit.

    It takes time bay, be patient. Stick to your diet, lift heavy, and do cardios.

    found an 8min. exercise gabii for daily routine..

    Good kung set naka. Advice lang as a fellow cutter, stick to your calorie deficit. Mas maayo if ikaw mismo maghimo sa imo diet para kamao ka pila ka calories in and out. Adtog bodybuilding.com, daghan resources didto.

    Aside ana, go for at least 20-45 min cardio be it steady state or HIIT. Good luck boss!

    Its all about diet ug disiplina sa lawas. No use imong work out bisag unsa p ka heavy work out or pasingot, pero if u eat like pig. Wala japon kay maaung resulta, fucos n concentrate. Imagina lang nga mag gym ka mura pod ug nag s3xhehe bigay todo..gdlck s nag pa macho.)))
