Hi Istoryans. I have been on a google overdrive for days in search of scholarships offered in Cebu. I plan on pursuing my studies once again come June 2016 after having left school back in 2012. I know its almost, if not, impossible to find a scholarship grant that considers students who have 5.0 and NC grades, but I am not giving up just yet. If any of you would know a possible scholarship grant, government or private sector, please do let me know. I really want to finish my degree and will do whatever it takes to get it.
