I don't find this weird. I was in a really serious and marvelous relationship with a guy 4-5 years older than me before when I was just 18. Its not weird.. they just.. young, esp the girl. She is barely legal anyway so yes that's awkward but not weird.
This 21 old guy knows the consequences of dating an underage girl right? She's still a minor if I'm not mistaken.
