New RACAL motorcycle

have read from mychinamoto forum that Rato and UM Global have some affiliation so if this is true i would agree that it is not a clone.

Rato have the authority to manufacture the bike and Racal bought from Rato and re-branded it. Rato might have a different market than UM Global.
