We are looking for a full time content writer and social media specialist for our Australian IT firm.
You will be working directly with the CEO and a close knit team of passionate technology specialists in our Cebu Office. You will be routinely interacting with the Australian service team.
I Know IT specialises in technology solutions for Australian businesses and offshore companies conducting business in the Philippines and Australia. I Know IT is not a BPO. The team work closely together to service and respond to customers needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Content writing for our blogs and newsletters
Web content writing to keep our website fresh and up to date with new information, products and services
Landing page optimization
Generating leads
Identifying and nurturing leads on LinkedIn
Responding to sales enquiries
Preparing sales and marketing materials
Updating social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
Working to a marketing calendar
Updating company documentation pertaining to sales and marketing
Your secondary responsibilities will include:
Answering occasional calls and speaking with customers directly about their IT needs
General administrative support to our Client Relations Manager
Database management
Sales assistance
Preparing quotes and proposals
Data mining (gathering and compiling information about prospects and contacts)
CRM database management managing activities and contact information in our CRM database from transcription audio
Other Ad-hoc Duties to be advised
Skills and Experience
Strong verbal communication, preferably experience working with Australian or British companies
Highly articulate written experience exceptional understanding of the English language
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience working in an IT related role
B2B marketing experience
Wordpress and/or Joomla experience
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn
