Change imo diet bro.
Eat raw food or juice up some greens and fruits

Or kung gusto lami ... eat kefir milk. Cultured milk ni sya, live good bacteria. Mas daghan ni sya ug good bacteria compared sa yogurt.

Ako favorite kay kefir milk with mangga and cheeze. Instead na ordinary milk, use kefir.
