Hi, We are looking for housemates. Peaceful compound. Submetered room. Fridge, Microwave, stove, sugbahan, cable, kitchen tools, utensils, cable, wifi, parking area. 2 CRs. 24 Hours guard. Living room has tables, sofa and TV. We currently are 2 in the apartment and need people to share our bills. Visitors are allowed. We have a stay-out maid who can cook, clean and do laundry.1 ride to IT Park, or if schedule permits, you can carpool with us. 15k is the apartment rental, divided equally among the 3 rooms and lesser share for the smaller room (downstairs). Utilities shared also (thus the use of a submeter). The master's bedroom and the single room is available. Total of 4 rooms. The more rooms occupied, the cheaper our rental will be. We are very transparent with the bills.
