this trailer does a bad job at showing the audience that the world is in trouble. everyone seems to look relaxed. kids are even playing baseball. they just tell us it's bad, but I'm not feeling it at all.

    and lol also:

    >the world doesn't need more engineers

I disagree. you're going to need a lot of engineers if you're going to build a space ship capable of doing interstellar travel. Nolan you racist, giving the one of only two Black guys in your movie a very retarded line.

I saw it. the space scenes were INCREDIBLE. there's one sequence later in the movie that had me on the edge of my seat.
and that is really the thing(space scenes) that Nolan got perfectly right. the rest are hit or miss.

still a good movie and worth the ticket price.

seriously? lol I didn't think it was boring. it was stupid, but not boring. if you loved Gravity and you're expecting to see Gravity, then you shouldn't since this is a different movie to Gravity. the characters aren't constantly hounded by an invisible force that wants to kill them like it was in Gravity. no, they talk or cry or get angry. more human drama than attention grabbing suspense. I think if Nolan had done a better job at making the audience care about all the characters, perhaps the drama might be more engaging.

also I actually didn't see it in IMAX, just saw it in the regular screen.
