BSOD/System Crashed could either be a software or hardware issue, daghan scenarios, before going into hardware, make it sure it's not a software issue.

Basic things to do: run virus scan, install updates, update drivers for your hardware, update your apps, uninstall unnecessary programs, install latest version of video driver, update BIOS, perform some disk clean ups, etc.

System restore might also help the problem, you can use it prior to the problem started nga nag BSOD/System Crashed na sya.

Other ways also to help is by checking the system and application event logs in event viewer for errors or warnings so that you will have a clue on the cause of the BSOD/System Crashed.

If imo nani sya gi buhat tanan, try installing a fresh Windows 7 in another partition (this is just to test first before going to hardware troubleshooting) if it's really a problem with the software, if dli gani mo BSOD/Crash ang system with the newly installed OS in second partition, then it's really the issue with your first OS.
