The school cant give you the exact date kay mag agad na sa tesda, here's an excerpt and qoute from one of the examiners

done with the asessment gahapon. murag 3 or 4 lang ka istoryans nakaapil kay nitext ang asessment center nga april 11 ang date few days before sa asessment. mag agad sila sa availability sa asessor before giving the asessment date sa mga nakapalista. just a few guide sa mga gusto mokuha next time. go to tesda, ask about the asessment og kon asa nga asessment center pwede maka pa asess. go to the asessment center and ask kon pwede mo kapa asess. NOTE: minimum of 10 persons required or at least pay for the 10 persons(Php 5,000) og palista. kon mabayran na ang para sa 10 persons og nakalista na mo, that's the only time nga isubmit na nila sa tesda for attendance. TESDA will verify with the available asessor(only 4 asessors in region 7 for CHS NCII) kon kanus a siya pwede og kon ma confirm na, maoy pag notify sa applicants kon kanus a gyud ang asessment date.
