I'd suggest air travel for you, bai. It's quicker and more comfortable. If you plan things right, ang cost sa airplane lapas lang gamay sa supercat travel.

Breakdown of Supercat travel:
boat ride - 700.00Php approx for 2 to 3 hours travel.
v-hire - 120.00Php for 2 to 3 hours travel.
food - 100-200.00Php, depende asa ka palit.

Breakdown of air travel:
plane ride - 900.00-1100.00Php for 20 to 40 minutes travel
terminal fee - 200.00Php

If mag air travel ka, best to go during the weekdays. Find the cheaper prices via the Airphil/CebuPac websites. From experience, Airphil is usually cheaper.

mas barato ang WEESAM express bro.. tag 650php lang then naa promo pa balik tag 450 nalang. so mga 1,100 imu gasto back n forth.. ang byahe pareha2x ra sa supercat 2 hours and 30 mins.

240 van (back n forth)

10:45 am from Cebu then abot sa ormoc around 1:30
1:30 to 3:30 ky ormoc to tacloban.

So by 3:30 most probably naa naka sa tacloban kng gkan kag 10:45 sa weesam.

And weesam naa d.ay na sila sa pier 4. tupad lng sa supercat (2go) terminal.

Is there a Ceres bus trip from Cebu or Tacloban and vice versa?
And where is the terminal (Cebu/Tacloban side)?

Ky naa ko nakasugat on my way to Tacloban City nga Ceres bus dapit sa Carigara with the signboard destination CEBU. Diin kaha to gikan ug diin sad kaha to agi (Leyte port of exit) paingon Cebu?

Masmaayu nani ky kapoy drive motor to/from Ormoc City just to cross to Cebu City.

@herp, from north bus terminal to pulambato port bogo then shuttle ferry to palompon leyte, palompon leyte to tacloban and vice versa...

@shootme221 You can try fast craft ships from Cebu going to Ormoc, then take advantage of their shuttle vans going to Tacloban. I believe it's much cheaper than regular vans or buses.

If you are not in a hurry, pwede ka mosakay sa barko(mogikan ug gabii from Cebu Pier 4) unya maabot ka buntag sa Ormoc, magvan or bus napud ka going Tacloban.
