Is it true that it is hard to find job if you have failing grades?

I have failing grades on my major, took my thesis twice.

failed my mathematics badly, trigo (highschool), accounting, computer logic, took all of them twice!

but when I graduated I got a job like after 2 weeks after graduation..

now I am here in the middle east, and all I can say is they won't look at your grades.

not even once I was asked why you failed your thesis.

never even they asked, why did failed you trigo or failed computer logic even I am working as a programmer.



The important thing is that you overcame your failures and tried hard to be successful .

walay labot ang grado sa skillset bai. Daghan gani wala ka tiwas sa college mas dako pa ug sweldo kaysa mga naay degree. Tanawa gud nang mga hacker kasagaran ana drop out man naa gani dropout sa highschool pero ang skillset pamugasay kaayo.

Kanang grado o degree kinaraan naman na mao na kadto panahon pa sa mga planta etc... gi gamit lang ghapon na karon kay gi tapol cla ug usab sa sistema sa edukasyon.

at some point, YES. but dli na kaayo na momatter once makasugod na kag panarbaho. magkadako imong experience and just maintain a good attitude and be dedicated to your work and ofcourse you should have a good skill on your field. IMO, once magkadako imong experience and daghan na kag makat.onan, dli na kaayo na momatter imong grades. undergrad ra ko pero naningkamot ko nga makatrabaho ug tarong. experience ra jd akong pambato kay wa ko kagraduate. now, nana koy stable job and good for a living jd akong income. sakto jd para makabuhi sa ginikanan ug sa akong kaugalingong pamilya.
