I'm not sure if I'm arguing with a 3rd grader or not. But 90% of your comment comes from an uneducated belief that everything must directly go to the courts without proper probing or investigation. If you understand the due process of law, audits, probes, preliminary senate hearings, DOJ investigations come first before this is escalated to a Higher Court.

What your dark master is doing, is avoiding these probes, circumvent issues and point fingers.
