Majority or not, this will STILL benefit those exceeding 30k cap for 13th month pay/bonuses thus increasing their buying power which has direct benefit to the economy. Now, what's the fuss man gyud beh? I can only think of one thing. I'll leave that to you.

Personally, I'm glad I could benefit from this. Hopefully it'll make the cut for this year.

The fuss is kay ni ingon ka ug majority of the Filipino, which is not. diha ra ko mo disagree.

    hahahahahaha.. dakong KEBER boss... hehehehehehe...

Hehehehe.. Kay karon jud, just like recto pointed out.. For example, ang rice Subsidy allowed every month w/c is non taxable is only 1,500. W/c is obviously gihimo pa ni sa panahon nga tag 30php pa kada kilo ang bugas (Maski mais gani, no. 16 murag tag 46 naman sad gani ang kilo karon). The same is true with other allowances like productivity, uniform, laundry allowances to name a few.

It would have greater impact accross the board... (to companies pud nga adunay de-minimis allowances).
