If we are going to look at the average salary cap of the middle class, I don't think it has greater effect on them.. Normally, salary cap on Rank-in-File floats around 12k-25k depende, pud sa kadugayon, ug sa klase sa trabaho.

Again, let's look at the rank-in-file as kani sila maoy daghan. Would this give added benefits to them? Wala, kay exempted naman na daan ilang 13th month. So why bother implement such tax scheme when they knew majority of the rank-in-file has been enjoying the previous ceiling.. Siguro, mas makapabor ang mga naa sa Managers payroll list ana, nga ang sweldo is between 35k-75k kay sure, lipay na na kay apil na sa exemption ilang 13th month...

I think Angara's earlier proposal (a revised withholding tax bracket w/c is lower than the current system), would mean a lot to us. But of course, with the budget deficits year by year, I don't think this is Noynoy's priority. And I don't see it coming in this administration...

Bitaw ok ra man na.. Ang problema lang, is Recto highlighted it nga dako kono kaayo ug epekto sa mga ordinaryong manunghaay. W/c obviously is misleading kay pipila ra man sad intawon ang mitungtong diri nato 30K pataas... What ordinary Juan dela Cruz needs is raise the non-taxable de minimis allowances ceiling (eg. Rice Subsidy >> 1,500.00 current, Laundry >> 400php, etc.), and probably take a look at existing tax bracket and see what they can do to improve purchasing power/take home pay of most of our labor forces that are above minimum...

Pero hinoon sa mga nagsweldo dira ug 30K Pataas, magsadya na mo sugod kay di na katigbas ang BIR sa inyong hinaguan... Hehehehehehehehe...

It's about time to give all public and private employees a break from their hard earned money.

Sa ako lang pagsabot ani ky kita tanan nga lower than 75k ang allowances and bonuses ky exempted sa tax. Sabta ninyo nga sa proposal, nga ang 75k instead of current 30k ky ang ceiling na before tax-san imong 13th month pay and bonuses/allowances. Adto na musugod ug tax ang BIR kung imong allowances and bonuses including 13th month pay for the year ky mulapas na ug 75k.

Dri ta wala kasabot oh. Mao bitaw dili gusto ang BIR nga mapasar ni nga ammendments ky gamay nalang ilang makolekta. Kato nalang employees nga dagko ug allowances and bonuses nga mulapas ug 75k.

Yup we have been enjoying the previous tax ceiling for our 13th month/bonuses. Hehehehe, pero ang nahitabo, nagpasigarbo man hinoon si Recto that more Filipino lives will be better because of this, when in fact from the previous years, nag-enjoy naman ta.

Direct impact on majority? Murag wala, kay murag pipila ra jud sa ato ang mitongtong ug 30K, w/c goes to show that we have been enjoying the previous ceiling with or without this bill. Although, probably our managers & supervisors would now be able to enjoy the new 13th month tax ceiling. Kakaon ra man gihapon tag fruit salad unyag ka Christmas.. Hahahahahhaahaha

Again, ok man ni siya, and no one doubts about this. The only problem is that murag hapit naman nag grandstanding ang author ug mga co-author ani nga bill.. As if mura bag naay dakong epekto sa kadaghanan sa atong manunghaay...
