Di pud ni lalim.

Pero basta maka sugod naka nd naka exp kay daku pud sweldo lagi sa abroad

Ako uncle naa sa sg work, aircraft mech. Not less than SG$10k pr month swldo atu.
Pero taas pd au to sha exp.

dakong sweldo - spankin' high cost of living in SG = usable income.

I could only chuckle at this remark. Apparently, you haven't experienced the real grinds of being a mechanic yet.

It's easy for you to say it's an easy job but sad to say as an OJT you were only allowed to do limited tasks like applying wheel chocks, technically you are not even allowed to connect/diconnect tow bars. On the other hand, the hard part is that part that you didn't see in Line Maintenance and that which you can say na dili halos maguba. )

Bumped IAU website and found aviation tech major in flying which I believe a prep study to become a commercial pilot. Is iau a good choice for my kid?

speaking of aviation career, how about kanang ATC gani mga boss/maam, naa moy idea kung pilay sahod ana dinhia sa Pilipinas? naa man gud unta koy plano mutake sa ATC exam sa CAAP next year, ok pud ba na siya nga career?
