benchmarks and comparisons everywhere...
benchmarks and comparisons everywhere...
There is no apples to apples comparison between Intel and AMD, plainly because both processors treat data differently. Plain comparisons with what is on paper does not give a definitive result to which is faster. Even results differ between each benchmarking software, some software prefer AMD's way of processing information, some prefer Intel's.
Rule of thumb. compare processors according to the benchmark results of the software you going to use on the PC. So if it's a photoshop PC, compare benchmarks using Photoshop, so on and so forth.
its very important for processors to have these caches bec. of "slow" main memory...if it comes down to a contest between AMD & Intel...then benchmarks will tell u kinsay mas kusog...Part of the story is cache implementation...AMD's design is basically sharing cache between two cores so you have the intrinsic problem of contention even on the new processor lines (Bulldozer/Piledriver/Steamroller)...btw the upcoming Intel Broadwell-K processors will feature 128MB L4 cache...@ 14nm 25-65w TDP it will be a sure winner over the competition...

Nindot ni basahon nga reference pag understand sa archs sa procie. nganong mas paspas ang isa than sa isa. Medyo dumb down ang mga technical aspects ani niya:
