try lang sad kuno ug check basin dusty na kaayo ang inside sa imo pc kay usually dust has ground potential. if dusty na kaayo try and clean it. if u dont know, ask a friend or someone who knows

how could he do that steps if his computer is always restarting??

i have this problem also! i am advised to do that steps but the problem is, i can't follow that steps bec. my pc is always restarting!! so wat i did, i reinstall my OS! hehehehehhee

Ops! my bad....i forgot to include how.

When u turn on ur PC, PRESS F8 then choose SAFE MODE

*try scanning ur PC for possible viruses, spywares, etc. THEN AFTER
*Click start > type cmd > chkdsk /r/f > Y (for yes) > restart

IF THE PC STILL RESTARTS:

*Try repairing the windows daw through these:

*Boot ur PC from ur WinXP CD...You can use the Recovery Console (same process w/ the 1st option) or
the REPAIR feature (it's like reinstalling ur windows but it won't harm your files and others)

IF STILL DLI...

REINSTALL THE WINDOWS

naa ka experience ko anang problemaha bro, kasagaran gyud ang iyabg Power Supply Guba-on try to open ur PS bcn ning borot nanang mga capacitor ana nya, before u do dat clean ur MOBO-Memory and etc.. and observe f ur PC shouting again so dats time open ur Power Supply...

when you press "standby" or if your not doing anything and you PC standby by itself?

i.check daw imo power management setting.. bsin set to shutdown jud cya after a period of standby ma.o mo shutdown...
