I don't mind for Pacquiao running for Congress and then Senate. You don't have to be educated to vote and/or pass any Bill anyway. If one would bother on proposing a Bill or being an undecided voter, you have your staff to help you out and do the work for you. That what they are for.

I won't even mind for Pacquiao running for VP. That gig is just about showing up events for the President's behalf and giving smiles and handshakes. Here's the catch for voting this guy to be the VP, if the President resigns, impeached, or died, he would be the first Presidential line of succession. Being someone who heavily relies on his staff for most decisions, then that's not gonna work on the job that requires the ability to decide on his critical thinking. But having minimal experience in politics, let alone on a national level, he wouldn't be a fit for the job.

I agree with Sen Santiago's bill that starting from congress to highest position of the country should have at least a degree..
