gikan nko dra nangaply, pasar ko as i got 49/50 sa ilang exam then ni-ingon nga tawagan daw kung naay new wave or batch moabot pra training but eventually, NEVER did..but in the end, i'm so thankful that i'm back in CalltekCenter International located in the 9th floor of JY Suare in Lahug..i'm so fortunate working here for the following reasons: 1.my starting basic pay(18k) is far greater than of CVG(14.5k and to think that i was from CVG-TWC before) or Stream(14.5k) 2. Free meal, unlimited snacks @ the pantry consisting of loaf bread w/ peanut butter and spread, noodles and pancit canton, banana or apple, biscuits, coffee, milo and milk 3. health insurance: Intellicare 4. attendance bonus of 1.2k per mo. and 6.2k quarterly and there's monthly performance bonus depending on w/c account you belong 5. lastly, i will never forget how Calltek cares..my family is a survivor of Typhoon Yolanda, Calltek's President handed me 30k, one client gave 42k and i was able to make use of the 20k emergency loan...my wife was from a diff callcenter, and all she got was a Yolanda T-shirt(w/c she paid) and a grocery worth of 500php?..never been blessed than being a Calltek employee..got regularized after 3months and hopefully Team Lead after 10months(got endorsed already)..yahoo!
