nagkauyab mi sa akong asawa 4 months ra.... pagkahuman anang 4 months nagpakasal daun mi..... after 4 months namong panag tipon sa akong asawa nagkabuwag mi.... naa mi usa ka anak.....so pagka karon 6 years naming buwag.. akong problema mao ni:

1. naa koy uyab kahibaw siya nga buwag mi sa akong asawa... ganahan kaayo ko magpakasal niya kay love kaayo nako siya.. pero kahibaw ko dili pwede,,,

2. naay laing uyab pud akong asawa.... pwede na ba mi mag file ug annulment?

Dili brad. Ang rule sa annulment is naay invalidity inyo marriage. Reasons can be either bayot ka or baog ka or imu asawa, psychotic ka or imu asawa, etc...

Pero ask lang ug marriage attorney, basin pwede rani mahilot ug kwarta. Pero kana imu rason gihatag, labo na aproban sa huwis.

i think u better seek for a lawyer jud.., taas kaayo ang process maabut ug 5 yrs depende sa case. pila naman mo katuig sa imo gf diay? better cguro paabut nalang jd mo sa time na makasal mo...

under our law a marriage may be annulled due to lack of parental consent when you married at an early age, force or intimidation, fraud and physical incapacity when you entered the married state.. if your marriage is not attained by any of these grounds, you can always opt for Art 36 of the Family Code which is psychological incapacity, in which you will try to prove that either of you are incapable of complying with the essential marital obligations, this is easy to prove if one of you kay naay mental disability, if not aw murag medyo magkalisud ka ana if wa kay enough nga budget.. because it's a long process, kay mo hire pkag psychologist to prove your/her incapacity, di pajd ka sure if ma successful ba ang result.. unless you have a lot of money.. rich people spend 6-digits to a million to annul their marriage.. if you have that amount of money then no problem, otherwise there's not much you can do..

but i heard that some law firms, naay package ani, the cost is maybe 75K more or less if you get lucky., apil na dha ang payment sa psychologist, filing fees, etc... so just ask around,..

the reason should be valid like manakit na imong asawa or nag pinatyanay namo kana pwdi mo mo file... but just because di na mo ganahan di na valid. same sa mga artista nga naa joy ipagawas nga daotan sa couple. mao na akong nahibaw an...
