Canned or Fresh tuna is said to contain mercury and is not recommended for daily consumption.
Tofu---Fry your tofu and make sawsawan for that..or steamed it topped with oyster sauce sauce
Fresh salad veggies n fruits---- if non-organic be sure to wash n soak in vinegar-water combi
Fresh Juice---juice your own veggies n fruits
Red Rice---use red rice coz its more fibrous n rich in antioxidant,good for weight watchers
Spinach---local alugbati,blanch n stir fry with garlic bits n season with oyster sauce
Fish---steamed it with garlic,scallions,tomatoes,onion,salt n pepper n drizzle with olive oil

All I can think of is placing okra on top of the rice cooker while cooking rice...
mixed fruits and you can add milk para mas yummy.
veggie salad: lettuce, carrots, cucumber, dressing
tuna or chicken sandwich
