vrm heating is fairly common. why are people too defensive? i have that with my H55 now and also other intel chips with on-die NB. There is a logic behind that apus may be heating because the igpu is supplied with power by the cpu vrms. Meaning more current to handle. That may be a fact as it is also with previous intel cpus. Only difference is it might not be an issue with some people while for others it is nowhere near acceptable.
moving forward, TS out of your choices, there is definitely no doubt that option 3 will get you more value out of your money. get a 740 and the performance gap would be monumental.
