Ok, thats dynamic IP (DCP). It can happen that if you disconnect the modem, that you will still get the same IP. It can take upto 1 or more hours before you gt a new IP, even that is seldom. I just select in my router "renew" and it gets a new IP, but also sometimes the same again.

That IP is in the pldt range, not smart.
Whats your pldt package? I dont think its a biz subscription.
I have a biz and static ip, but I changed to dcp at the moment because of their network problems.

You cannot change the ip address, if you are using static ip address.If it is dynamic ip address, you can change it easily by resetting the modem or switching it off and on.you can also use Proxy server or Hide ip address software to change the ip address.
