Regardless ug unsa pa na ang ibutang sa i panday nga balaud, the fact nga i ban ang pag sout ug helmet is itself outright absurd. Unya, hurot ang mga mag motor ani ug dakop kay manakop man ang taga LTO ug dili mag helmet, unless i prohibit ani nga bill ang pag panakop sa LTO sa dili mag helmet, which, FYI, naka butang sa balaud nga KINAHANGLAN MAG HELMET ANG MAG MOTOR. So, unsaon man ni nila?

Yup bro, you have a point. Pero nabasa naman kaha nimo ang rationale sa law and it's intent?

Ayaw kabalaka anang balaud nga nag contradict bro, kay pwede raman na i-repeal kung ni contradict na pwede ra pud na butangan ug exclusions didto.
