PLDT Throttling Torrent Speed?? Kinsa nka Experience ani?

Ako ug amigo nako ga experince na sad ani. PLDT mi duha. Taga Pardo ko siya taga Lapu-Lapu. Anyone else experiencing this?

Torrents speeds namo were in the 100 to 200 kB/s ranges and then all of a sudden 10 to 20 kB/s na lang. +_+

Would calling PLDT really help or should I just disconnect na lang and not waste my time with them.

Kami tanan! Nahitabo na ni adtong Dec-Jan karon ni balik na pud ang sakit. Unstable kaayo ang PLDC mukalit na lang hinay. Suggestion na lang naku ipaDC na nimo or mag ready ka ug Backup na internet like LTE.

Dili kaha ni nag implement na pud sila ug capping?

50kbps ra pud akoang speed bisag daghan kaau seeds.. hahay.. pero if direct download lang abot ug 450kbps..

hinay pod ako torrent dl karon, mga 10kbs lang, usually ma abot man unta ni og 200 - 3ookbps...

Nibalik naman to normal download speeds akoa torrents diri. Did not call PLDT at all.

waaaaa ni balik npdd.. from 300-400kbps down to 10-30kbps...
