    A. 1, 2, 3, 4 are actually the same, those are called rental properties.
    B. 1, 2, 3, 4 are all Capital Intensive
    C. 4 Depreciates value over time and subject to wear and tear.

    If you got the cash, do 1, 2 & 3 only, hire a Rent Manager (Like me). Invest in 15 mid-class properties or 10 upper-class properties if you want to live the way you want except for touring around the world.

    lisod nang pure trust lang jud. pero possible man gihapon ang passive income ani nga bahin pero ang pagsugod entails a lot of work sa to minimize the risks.
