in my experience man gud, my car is parked outside the house.. as in sa dalan jud nako ginapark kay puno na amo parkinganan.. so exposed jud sya sa init..

i don't know kung naa bay buslot ako tangke, but wala man pud tulo... if ever naa, basin babaw sa tangke, kana kung naa..

na curious ko kay gikan sa SHELL GASOLINE STATION to our house is only 4 kilometers. pero, rough road siya so d jud ka kapadagan ug kusog... most likely, 1st gear or 2nd gear ra ko and dagan is around 5-20kmph

my consumption during normal condition, city drive, with traffic is around 1Liter to 10 km

My routine is, gikan sa amo, mo biyahe ko ug 4 kilometers para maabot sa shell, pa full tank.. 1st click.. den continue my drive kung asa man ko padulong... den balik sa same nga shell pa full tank.. 1st click.. den uli sa amo..


so meaning, full tank ko mouli sa balay.. but since gikan sa shell padulong sa balay is only 4km, dili na jud to full tank..
so total of 8 kilometers ra ang ako nadagan(roundtrip gikan shell to balay to shell) para makapa full tank napud before going to next trip..

to my surprise, everytime magpa first full tank ko, moabot ug 2-3 liters ang ako matubil.. to think 8 kilometers ra ako nadagan..
but my consumption after 2nd full tank kay 10km per liter..

mao nga naglibog ko kung ngano ingon ana..


mao ni ang akong suwayan next time.
1. magpafull tank ko sa shell padung sa balay den balik dayun sa shell para magpa full tank balik
- to know pila jud ang consumption kung ingon ana nga drive nga 1st gear and 2nd gear lang..

2. magpa full tank ko den magtambay kog 1 or 2 hours nga nag andar ang sakyanan , aircon on.. den full tank balik..
- to know pila ang consumption per hour kung nagtambay ra siya..

3. mangita kog shell nga pwede parkingan pila ka adlaw kay adto nako ipark para painitan den pa full tank balik..


usahay maikog ko sa shell magpa full tank kay ang ako full tank tag 60+ ra.. hahaha

as you say, myth ra na siya para nimo.. mao nay mas rason kung nganu dapat i experiment nato kung unsa jud ang tinood.. haha

I agree with nectrotic freak TS, kana imong auto naa nay emmision control system, meaning your fuel tank itself will go into a vaccum state everytime the engine is running, and will continue on a vaccum state maski magpark na ka unless naay leak imong gas cap nga mawala ang vaccum state but will sometimes trigger the CEL, assuming nga normal tanan meaning vaccum state always na imong tanke so walay evaporation of fuel, ang logical explaination gyud ana TS is the ECU itself, on a hot sunny day your ECU will compensate the heat on the environment, what happens is it will control the fuel injectors to have a richer mixture of fuel to help stabilize the engine temperature, remember fuel is also an engine coolant, im sure toyota engineers knows everything about the engine theories but sometimes their design is lacking that`s why ma notice nato nga kanang ubang mga toyota taxi i-half close nila ilang mga hoods kay kung i-full close nila nga pila ka oras magdagan ang unit will result to overheating...(specially those with converted LPG kits)

Simple ra gyud ta kaayo ang work around ani ilang mga units, replace the secondary block temperature sensor to a lower value, instead sa 95 celsius which is the original value use the 80 celsius value....no more overheating issue....

I also agree with KH0UJ regarding vaccum state TS.

Magpatubil ko sa among sentra sauna mo ingon ang pump boy full tank na sir, awas na jud. so ok uli ko, pero inig abot sa amo ang fuel guage wala na full tank ug ni lawm balik ang baba sa tanke. mao diay to ni vaccum,, so sa sunod inig ingon sa pump boy nga awas na sir ako dayon pahunongan nya uyogon gamay mo drain nayon ang gasolina anha napod nako pabalikan ug tubil hinay2x hangtod bisag unsag uyog di na jud mo drain, tinuod na nga full tank jud.

Naa sad lain solution ani mga gas station, ilang pasaka ang rear wheel. naa silay ibangil aron mo tuwad gamay ang sakyanan ug dili kaayo maka vaccum. mao ni buhaton sa mga taxi basta magpa full tank.

hmm.. can someone explain me kung nganu inig patubil nako gikan sa amo, dako ang ako tubil, yet every after biyahe gamay ra ako tubil?
