    Quicker but liability on defense and rebounding. And some teams have 6'6" small forwards that are as quick or even quicker than James Yap.

    There will be times that Purefoods will need to field in smaller yet faster guys. James Yap is a natural shooting guard but he can play the 3 spot too, espeically in teams like Air21 and Talk N' Text and even Alaska who would probably be fielding in smaller yet faster players.

    Take note, it's moving James Yap to the SF spot at certain times and not making James Yap Purefoods' top SF option. James Yap is the most able Purefoods guard who can move up to the 3 spot.

    Yup, but the question here is if you'd choose someone to fill in the #3 spot between James Yap or Raymundo/Pingris who would it be? We each have different views but to me the most logical choice is NOT James Yap, as to what reasons I've already pointed out on the above posts.

    It would depend as to what would the other teams will be giving Purefoods. I was pinpointing teams like Air21, Alaska and Talk N' Text who could and would go small at times.

    Air21 --> Arboleda + David + Intal
    Alaska --> Cortez + Miller + Cariaso
    Talk N' Text --> Alapag + Ritualo + Cardona

    Purefoods natural line-up would normally be Paul Artadi/Roger Yap + James Yap + Marc Pingris + Kerby Raymundo + Rommel Adducul. But in small and running game, this line-up will not be able to keep up. At 6'3, James Yap is not a bad choice for a SF.

    and Coke too since they have a shortage of big men might play small with Cabagnot, Duremdes, Arigo, Peek and Telan..game situations will call for what kind of player thrives in certain situations..In an up-tempo game you dont want to go big so James Yap will be a logical SF choice, but if you want to slow down and set up, use size to advantage, then that is where you move your 4 to the 3 spot, remember Pingris and Raymunod are not natural 3-guys, they are more accustomed to playing down low
