The Tokyo Game Show, commonly known as TGS, is a video game expo / convention held annually in the Makuhari Messe, in Chiba, Japan. It is presented by the Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA) and Nikkei Business Publications, Inc. The main focus of the show is on Japanese games, but some international video game developers use it to showcase upcoming releases/related hardware. Like Germany's gamescom, the Tokyo Game Show allows the general public to attend during the final two days. ~wikipedia

tgs 2014 started last thursday, 9/18. but the first 2 days were exclusive for the press, and industrial trade visitors. fun starts for us mere (public) spectators on 9/20. visited on the first "public" day, bisan ga uwan uwan.

1200jpy is for tix bought on the day, you can score it at 1000jpy if bought in advance (via convenience stores lawsons, seven eleven, ministop, etc). there's also the 3000jpy tgs supporters tix, nga naa tgs shirt and earlier (special) entry during the "public" day (gate opens at 10:00am). but that went out fast. wala na mi kaabot when we bought ours sa lawson.

this year is much bigger than my previous visits, and the booth babes did not disappoint.

How i wish i'm in Japan. lol
