[Repairing] Fusion Bolt with Broken Digitizer and damage LCD Flex.

My black Cherry Mobile Fusion Bolt [Ainol Novo 7 Venus] having problem with the display, you can see more greens and some missing colors, so I decide to open it, and I found out the LCD flex ribbon is broken, the display can be fix if I bend the flex.

I was able to purchase my Digitizer for 1,000 and the LCD Flex is 600.


Unit Conditions:

Black Tab
- LCD Flex is broken
- Touch Screen Digitizer is broken

White Tab
- Touch Screen Digitizer is broken

Opening your tab is very easy, just insert a plastic game card, any thin plastic card, or your finger nails on the side of the tab, just stop at the bottom of the tab because the flex are located there.

Replacing the LCD Flex is the easiest part, only the Digitizer needs extra effort.


2 new Digitizer Screens, since there is no black available, I'll just use the white and the purpose is still the same.







Here are the 2 broken digitizer screens.









This is the LCD Flex, the right one is the new LCD Flex.





Here is how I remove the broken digitizer using a thin plastic game card, you need an extra strength to slide the plastic. You need to start from the inner going to outer of the screen.




After you successfully inserted the card, just wiggle and slide it around the screen, and stop at the digitizer flex are, and continue on the other side.









If you are having trouble getting out the card, just insert another card on the other side.









And here it is, its normal again.

Sir gud am.. I know this is an old thread but I would like to know where you can bought the Cherry Mobile Fusion bolt LCD display Flex? I have a fusion bolt tab and the LCD flex got cut and i would like to replace the LCD flex. I don't know where to buy the flex.
