Mga master basin mkatabang mo aning CPU sa ako sister.

Mu on xa pero no display - dli mu boot - CPU run at full speed (Vacuum sound). Kng tangtangon nko ang rams ok ra ang fan speed. No internal speaker diay ang mobo ani.

Tried this:

Reseated every hardware parts.
Cleared CMOS

Specs:

E8400
Shuttle Board
2x2GB DDR2 RAM
320GB HD
Onboard Graphics
80+ 300watts PSU

Note: Wlay extra board, rams and PSU to test.

try taking out only 1 ram, maybe its a bad ram stick or a bad ram slot.

I hope i'm wrong...but sa duha ka Shuttle pc ako na-agi-an...it seems to have a life of its own...mamatay ra kalit after 3 years of use

Wla mn koy mabatian sir. Not sure if naa ba ni builtin speaker iyang board.

No display? as in you can't see any picture in the screen? if it is really no display how could you say the you reseted the cmos bios w/o confirming that it turn to default?

anyway, try backbone troubleshooting,
check your RAM(clean it),
check your processor and the sockets,
thermal paste,
check your PSU

I am not sure sir but I did removed/reinstall the CMOS bat and press the onboard Clear CMOS button.

It turns on but it won't boot, CPU fan runs at full speed (like a vacuum sound) and it says no cable connection on the monitor part.

backbone troubleshooting = done
Tried other working ram (just today) = done
PSU check = done
Thermal paste = done
Proc has no problem, I tried it with my cousin's PC

I guess it has something to do with the board.

Mga boss, unsaon ng pag-BACKBONE troubleshooting? Ug unsa nay mahitabo ug ma-RESETTED na ang bios?

Try using a discrete VC.
