You seems to compare God to Man when it comes to Killing. But its Not the Correct analogy.

Remember you are invoking a MORAL LAW in your Q. The Only way that Your Question will be Valid is that We will PUT Gods Existence into the Conversation.

Now, The difference Between God and Man in terms of Killing is that MAN cannot restore Life when He killed it. But GOD can RESTORE LIFE, Remember that for Theistic Perspective, Earth is NOT the Final Place, Heaven and Afterlife IS. So Our life on Earth Does Constitute the entirety of Gods Plan. We lived Here in ORDER to Prepare for Afterlife - SO what matters most is the Afterlife NOT the life here on Earth.

Thats why Jesus teach us to Seek the Kingdom of God not kingdom here on earth because all of this will be gone. So Dying today and dying tomorrow is the same Die, Dying while Laughing or Dying while crying is the same Die. In Afterlife we cannot remember the PAIN when we Die.

The Tragedy is NOT the killing of a Person here on Earth because GOD can restore it and Give you eternal Life.... The Tragedy is When you REJECT God because even if you lived let say a 100 Years here on Earth, If your Soul will Not go to Heaven - You Suffer in ETERNITY.

What is 100 Years compare to ETERNITY?
