There is a way in which you could play mp3s and videos w/o SD cards.. That is through virtual drives

if you can crack it.. try installing softick ram drive to your palm.. i really didnt have a chance to try virtual drives myself since i have 3 sd cards around but i'm pretty sure dat it work since a friend of mine got it to work in his tungsten and treo 650.. since tungsten, treo 600/650 and zire runs under the samr od w/c is palm os 5 it shud work.. there could be other virtual drive softwares for palm out there so try to check it out, just make sure you have a full version or if not, you can crack it so dat u cud use its full features..

i've used the full version of softick ram drive, it will act as an external drive and you can view it through mcfile or other file managers,

first try to allocate a big enough memory like say 3mb for the softick ram, then try to transfer an mp3 file from another palm perhaps and using mcfile save it to the softick ram drive, depending on the mp3 player you are using, it should be able to play the file on the softick ram

this actually works not only for mp3 but also for other file types like jpeg etc. that is not .prc or .pdb

ok, i just got 2 cds from a friend with all the apps, games, cracks, etc for palms. i would really wanna try all these stuff. but since there are hundreds of 'em, i think i'll just have to start with windows dressing apps. i tried silverscreen app, ngano mu require man ug os5 file para mu display ug tarong? unsay logic behind ani? im just wonderin'. and also, unsay gamit sa sonyOS5 file? any idea?

the answer is in the question itself.. maybe ur trying to install something on a wrong palm OS.. like the silver screen app ur trying to install is for the older palm versions.. by the way, just a piece of advice.. try using zlauncher over silverscreen.. i bliv its much more better than the latter, in fact thats what i'm using for my treo..

ic thankz. yeah, been using zLauncher and its way better. which multimedia player can play almost all types of video files? MMplayer is not playing some of my files here...
