    kung mo take ta ani inyo gipang suggestna meds, makamata kaha daun ta?
    like pukawon ka incase naa sunog or emergency....?
    please advise... in need pud ko ani

    kung mo take ug melatonin makamata ka kung pukawon? simbako naa sunog bah.. basi guyoron nalang ta pagawas kay dili kamata....

    I haven't tried Melatonin, so I don't know if that really works. I've tried Unisom (doxylamine) and it worked pretty good. Diphenhydramine works good too. Pero one side effect is daytime sleepiness, ma carry over from the previous night. It's been a problem of mine since even the lowest dose knocks me out. Also, kung grabe na gyud ka ka insomniac, daghan kaayo mga prescription drugs on the market for that.

    As much as possible, dili maayo magsalig sa meds. If you wanna go to sleep, drink milk. Then try not to engage in a physical activity for hours before you go to sleep. I-dim pud imong lights sa room. Listen to love songs.

    just a suggestion: don't go lie in your bed until you're actually sleepy, avoid exercise several hours before your bedtime, make sure your bedroom is a haven for sleeping and not an entertainment/ game room (experts recommend no TV, no computer, or anything else distracting within the room).
    Dim the lights, play soft soothing music (which also helps to block out outside noise).
