too good to be true..work for less, and get more money?haha daghan jd mailad ani.
so what do we need to do? send lang resume and rest is kamo na bahala....

when i started as a seller, i only work half of the month and not even everyday of that half of the month. every other day pa jud na and in 1 day i work only 4-5 hours the most. i dont follow an 8 hour schedule compared to other jobs like my previous call center work. i can eat anytime i want. i can go the bathroom anytime i want. most of the time im free coz working hours are flexible. you are your own boss so basically you can do anything you want, you can go anywhere you want. with all that being said, i had more time for myself, more time for my family. i was stress free. and guess what, in 6 months i already earned half a million. way more than what i could earn in a year in the call center plus the stress that comes with it. after a year and a half in the industry, i was already able to buy a house and a car. now in my 3rd year in real estate, i have 2 houses already and just bought my second car doing what i had been doing since the day i started. so yes i'm working less and getting more money out of it. its called working smart. not working hard. so you be the judge. too good to be true? you bet.
yes send in resume then we will schedule you for an interview. then if you pass, you will undergo training.
Agree on "working smart", as long as you keep your ethics and morals. And with real estate business, I think people will definitely earn big time. We bought a unit from a couple whose sideline is selling units from varied housings, we were so blessed to have found them because they were different from other brokers we met. Up until now naa gihapon mi communication and we became close friends. I can really see people growing in this business. I personally would like to venture real estate selling. Perhaps another inspiring story would be the owner or developer of Sunberry.
