HELP! i gave birth 3 days ago and until now wa pa koy milk. My breasts and nipple are small pajud what should i take para magka-milk aside from magpump? Hapdos na kaayu ako nipp cge ra naku ipasuck but wala pa gyud til now

Give it a time...ipa suck lang gyud na permi and eat healthy like utan bisaya w/ kamungay.

Yes sakit gyud na, especially sa sugod ug later on if magteeth ang bata.
Try also warm compress on your breast before magbreast feed.

If sakitan gyud ka, why not use a pump. i used the pigeon na manual pump before but u can also use the electric one, mas less kapoi.

The more diay ka mag breastfeed kay the more pud na mo produce imo breast ug milk later on.
The also remember to keep calm lang pud, kay panagsa maka frustrate pud

Yes frustrating gyud kaayu and makainsecure 😭 naningkamut nalang kog pump para maipon sa bottle then daghan2x iya mainom. Kay usahay naa, usahay wala. Then at times na wala, gaformula nalang ko. S26.

It takes alot of patience jud ang breastfeeding...ako pag pagpanganak nko tuesday nigawas ang bata ako milk nigawas mga saturday...nasugdan jud cya ug formula..but once nigawas ang gatas kai ako na jud cya gbreastfeed...eventually nidaghan ra ng milk...sakit jud pagsugod...perting sakita as in..pero mawala ra madugay den lain napud sakit inig mag ngipon na ang bata..

pasalamat sad ko sa breastfeeding kai at 3 weeks ng sepsis ako bata na.admit jud mi...pero wa jud mubuhi ako baby mu feed jud cya..bahala hilantan...naka survive intawn...

be patient lang..relax..yaw pa pressure kai maka.affect sa milk production ang stress

Ang akong maproduce na milk per day kay more or less 3oz ra 😭 so mix ako formula and breastmilk. And ako baby di sya mufeed directly from me kay gamay ra ako nipple. Maglisud sya. So ako ra ginapump then itransfer sa feeding bottle.

Yes in.ana ka painful in the first few weeks sa baby, by 2 months mawala na ang pain, so kailangan ug patience. Ako I almost gave up kay grabi ka sakit magpanikad na gud ko sa ka sakit pero ako lang gihuna huna pirmi it's for the better sa akong baby, By the way my baby will be turning 3 months this sept.
