God created the universe in just 7 days. on the 7th he rested. scientists tells us nga in the distant past, a huge explosion occurred and thus created the universe. its a slow process but it created the universe. so kng baga, God created the explosion and thus created us. the 7 days can be an exaggeration, to fit the people. since not all can understand science. same as how Jesus speaks in parables. if you have heard about CERN and its large hadron collider, they tested the big bang in a controlled environment such as CERN, in search for answers on what caused the big bang. it works by smashing particles together at high speeds to create a mini big bang. eventually they found what they call as Higgs boson, or the GOD particle. it is said to be the cause of the big bang, and it proves that God played a key role in the creation of the universe. from nothing came everything. so sa ako ra ning POV and catholic ko. so i believe in God and Science. if naa koi sayup nasulti please let me know para ma update ni akong utok. hahha

Catholic schools teaches science right? So there is no reason catholics not to believe in science.

Yeah bro. no I'm not doubting it. I'm not against evolution actually. That's why I'm suggesting that maybe we can compliment evolution to the story of creation. With regards to why, am yeah we can evolve in order to fit. evolution also occurs when there is genetic mutation. That's why there are these new species existing. It's just that the one i'm addressing my question to have a problem.
