and dont forget about contacts, addresses, music by artist, album etc hehe it feels like doing an SQL query wakekek.

thats because vista is efficient in managing memory. searches are instantaneous. if you just click on the start orb and type something, the result will be displayed on the menu right away.. this is so useful if you're looking for apps or files quickly

coz that is what should be done, if you're gonna release a new OS you make sure that the shorcomings of the old one are gone and introduce more features + bling blings. well yeah naay mac flavor... its been like that since the first windows since mac started the first GUI based OS.

Vista is like a foreign monkey to me. I got Windows Vista Home Premium on my laptop and it feels like i'm learning computer like it's first grade.

Sorry for the grave dig... heh. But I don't want to post a new topic.

Yeah, So I just upgraded my OS to Vista Home (Legit btw) and Vista has been great.

But... I can't seem to access my backup HD since it's dynamic. I have to convert it to a basic disk but to do that would mean that I'd lose all the data. There is supposed to be a hack but it didn't work. The only thing we can come up with is transfer the files to a XP Pro PC then convert the HD back to a basic disk then copy the files back... which is a very kapoy process.

first ni ni appear sguro sa Mac OS X. you can do that with Windows Desktop Search, Google Desktop, or Yahoo Desktop on Windows XP. i prefer WDS now cos more integrated sa Windows.

I installed vista ultimate (64bit) again on my separate partition and tried the latest RC of SP1, improvements are there.. the most noticeable is the file transfer speed..
It didnt last more than 3 hours of my drive though as ive seen enough of the possible changes..
I cant shake the feeling that vista will be like windows ME to XP ( Vista to Seven )

naka encounter mo ani sa vista, kanang dugay gani siya maka detect sa network when i plug it to them modem for internet access wala man gud koy router.....?

although i dont think its a problem but has anyone encountered this....? and is there anything i can do to speed it up...?
