Not all the time, there are students who are very good in school but not so good career wise and vice versa
depende jud sa employer, TS. and usually mas more into your skills na nah cla and your character. mao mn nah usually ang ila tan.awn para ma.determine nla na worthy ka i.hire![]()

Usahay swerte swerte pud kung need jud kaayo sa company, besides i train man pud ka ana before ka isabak sa trabaho. Or sometimes diretso na gyud ka sa work. Just don't fail to educate yourself while nag work na ka.

Depende TS, kung pananglitan mas daghan imo F kaysa P, medyo maka-affect gyud na gamay. Slight ra nuon. Ingna lang daun ang recruiter na sa inyo school, ang F means Fass ug ang P is Pail. Hehehe!

I think skills. Akoang cousin is third year college ra pero nahimong manager sa usa ka dakong printing business diri sa Sugbu. Naningkamot siyag maayo hangtod nga nabuhat na niya ang tanan especially sa tarpaulin printing and machine repair. Ako intawn college graduate pero wala pay trabaho. lol
